Cancellation, Late Arrival, & No Show Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the scheduled service charge. All No - Show appointments will be subject to a 75% fee of the scheduled service charges. No exceptions.

Guests arriving late may be subject to shortened service times to avoid delays to other appointments. If service can no longer be accommodated, it may be considered a late cancellation.
Guest Access & Child Policy
To preserve privacy and relaxation, access beyond service areas is reserved exclusively to guests receiving services. We kindly ask that accompanying guests remain in the reception area.

Children are welcome in the reception area: However, children are not permitted beyond service areas. For safety and comfort, children must remain in the reception area and be supervised at all times.
